Public Exhibition

Thanks to all those who came to the public exhibition on Saturday 12 February in the Kelbourne Street scout hall. Having publicised the event through an Evening Times advert, shop window posters, press releases, direct email and delivery of 1,000 leaflets to local properties, 57 people came to the exhibition. Many people spent considerable time looking and discussing the plans.
Around three-quarters of those attending completed questionnaires with their views, which we will now analyse before finalising our proposals for the planning application. You can view those completed questionnaires on the progress page.
If you were unable to come to the exhibition, you can download and view the same proposals on the progress page. The questionnaire is also available to download and print. Please return to the address on the questionnaire by the end of February.
We hope to submit the planning application in late March. The proposals, together with our report of the consultation process, will be published on this website.
