This page sets out our policy for safeguarding the privacy of the users of our website.

Website Statistics

We collect the following information from visitors to our website:

• Information about the user's computer including the IP address through which our site is accessed and the type of browser being used.
• Which pages the user visits including the length of time spent on each page, the first and last pages they used on the site.
• Which site referred the user to our site (for example, we will record whether the user arrived via a Google Search and which search term they used).

From the IP address, we can derive the geographical location of the user (or at least the geographical location of the user's Service Provider).

We analyse this information using a statistical software package called Google Analytics to help us improve our service to the visitors to our website.  The statistical information may be passed to third parties for this purpose.  The information will not be used to identify individuals.

Email Addresses

We ask forum users to supply their email address and a password when submitting comments or posts to the forum.

The email address is used for login security and to remove access from users who make offensive or innappropriate comments on our forum and may be shared by third parties for the purpose of administering the forum.  The email address used to register will not be provided to third parties for commercial purposes.
